Generate One Billion Employments For Humankind

Shardul Pandey is no corporate boss but a simple leader, whose sole ambition is to create one billion independent employments for his people.

Internet growth engine SANGKRIT.net has globally distributed order headed by its System Administrator. Concurrent System Administrator Shardul Pandey is mostly busy in enhancing cooperation among continuously growing people’s personal outlets everywhere, who actually manage all the business of internet growth. Shardul Pandey is often asked by other corporate bosses that why the system at SANGKRIT.net is not fully automated for absorbing all the revenue possible?

Incidentally he himself is no corporate boss but a simple leader, whose sole ambition is to create one billion independent employments for his people. So very reasonably the system at SANGKRIT.net is programmed facilitating for the most massive human role possible instead of absorbing all possible revenue automatically. Profitmongers naturally refuse to respect the gaps given to get fulfilled by the human technology but Sangkrit is made around that only. Thus it is truly said to be powered by you.

You must come forward for generating one billion employments for freedom loving people on planet earth. Sangkrit is the program for efficiently doing that by opening people’s personal outlets, programming and selling the internet growth, involving everyone around. People’s personal outlets independently cooperate by paying fellowships to each-other as per individual requirements.

They work together and grow together in a globally distributed order, where any revenue is made only by some humankind direct in his or her personal bank account. Building individual trust and friendship works everywhere in the course of developing this business. What matters most is together developing one billion personal outlets serving all possible web-app requirements of five billion people worlwide. That is called Sangkrit being an all-inclusive execution.

Android Rate Of Globalization

Through this smartphone stage of internet age, the growth rate of android is globalizing humankind at the top of everything else. Therefore any business must consider getting distributed via android apps. Independent individuals having SANGKRIT.net account work everywhere as personal outlets facilitating all that.

Registering or transferring a domain of your choice at is made easy at http://system.sangkrit.net and downloading android app Shardul Pandey from Play Store, connects with the System Administrator direct for business. He helps you make your domain publicly useful and getting that distributed through android apps to make your business.

The creator of Windows Bill Gates is still the richest individual on planet Earth and he does not use any iphone but like the creator of Linux Linus Torvalds, he too has preferred using an android phone. That is the case with every sensible person aware of evolving powers around.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Dr. Peter Achutha

The first and foremost thing that might interest the most of netizens is your story. So tell our netizens about yourself, your story? Where do I start and what do I say? Do I get into the deep dark wicked ways of mankind and how much lying, cheating, bribery and corruption there is going on in this world and people conniving ways? Or do I make it a diplomatically simple and naive life of a hermit scientist (engineer!). I wish I had a “normal” benign life but that is impossible when Greed is Good and people lust for money and worship billionaires as their gods.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Brittany Mason

I am from a small farm town in middle America, so I guess you could call me the all American girl with big dreams.  At a young age I became very motivated, I had a difficult upbringing but I always would day dream of the life I wanted to one day have. I started setting goals at a young age and working towards them. At the age of 16 I signed with my first modeling agency and moved to NYC. Later that year I competed in teen pageants and won Miss Teen Indiana. I competed at nationals and won America’s Southern Teen, after winning nationals I represented the USA at Top Model of the World in Germany against 52 countries. I came in 2nd place, at this time I was only 17. My life changed in a big way in a very short time. That is how my career began. Since then I have traveled the world working as a model, to places like London, Paris, Milano, and more. I feel so blessed to be living the life I always dreamed of. I believe in community service and giving back so I started a movement called I AM POSSIBLE. My message with I AM POSSIBLE is that no dream is out of reach, I work with students on character building, and building better communities. I encourage them to use their voice and hope to empower the next generation so they understand that nothing is impossible, the word it’s self says “I’m Possible”

Shardul Pandey Talks To Prashant Sharma, Founder Of First Personality, Chain Of Franchised Personality Development Centres

PRASHANT SHARMAI welcome you Prashant at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself.

I used to be a very shy student and hated public speaking. I had great fear of elocution and had stage fright. I was very hesitant when dealing with the opposite sex and had few friends. However, in my second year of college my mother enrolled me in the prestigious Nazareth’s Speakers Academy, Mumbai, where I excelled due to the excellent training and guidance of the trainers and obtained a First Prize Diploma in Public Speaking. I then did my B.com from the Sydenham College, Mumbai. Upon completion of my Masters in Hospitality Management from the University of Massachusetts, USA, I returned to India to be part of the Indian post-liberalization story. Exciting times! My first job with the Taj Group of Hotels as Lobby Manager, which made me realize the disparity between the soft skills of the average Indian vis-a-vis the people in the West. This is because our education system is text book based on rote learning, whereas the education in the USA was so much more practical and presentation based. That’s why we Indians lack soft skills, especially public speaking skills.

I predicted that this lack of communication skills, specifically- speaking skills would be a great hindrance to the employability of our Indian graduates and soon founded a company called The Winners Group in 1996, a personality development training company. This laid the foundation for what today is known as First Personality. I conducted my first training program over seventeen years ago when I was invited by the New Delhi YMCA to lead a course of Public Speaking and Effective Communication. The Times of India too has recognised this achievement.

With over 18 years experience as an edupreneur, facilitator, master of ceremonies and motivator, I have extensive expertise in mentoring leaders, inspiring professionals and helping people realize their true potential.

Recognizing that individuals of all ages in Tier II, III and IV cities around the country have no options to develop their soft skills or access to good training, I am currently setting up a chain of affordable, high quality soft skills training centres for the masses around the country, the first of which opened in Kanpur in July 2013. Currently we have centres in Gurgaon, Kanpur and Meerut and more franchised centres are in the offing.

Tell us more about firstpersonality.com? How it works?

We believe that the ability to impress and influence others is not in-born. This ability can be acquired by developing soft skills which are the foundation for Personality Development. Softs kills like all skills are imparted by us through our organized training coupled with practice. No boring theory! No wasted time. Our proven training modules coupled with practice will enable you to develop a dynamic Personality. You will learn to influence others with ease, confidence and poise. It doesn’t matter which language you are comfortable with. In our programs, people from all vocations and all ages can be trained to acquire soft skills in any setting: whether academic, social or professional. What you learn, you apply immediately, and keep for Life ! It’s a fact that soft skills contribute 85% to a person’s success. Technical skills contribute only 15%! We help you acquire these all-important soft skills to positively change your life!

How masses can join-in your training program?

We have programs for everyone and everybody. But instead of a `one-size-fits-all’ approach, we have specialized, structured, short term courses which are customized for each target market and segment. This ensures that the programs are relevant without wastage of time or money. Our programs are:

How did you come with its concept? How exactly your idea sparked to register firstpersonality.com and what is the story behind your domain name?

Currently, anyone wishing to improve their soft skills has no choice. They end up going to the sub-standard neighbourhood English speaking institutes who fleece them giving them false promises. Neither their English improves nor their personalities. That’s when I realized that there was a need to bring organized, good quality soft skills training to the masses, which they could use to get ahead in their lives. Courses that people of similar age groups and experiences could take together in a fun-filled, interactive environment by experienced, trained faculty.

We wanted a name that accurately represented the hopes and aspirations of our target audience. Everyone wants to have a dynamic Personality that helps them get ahead and come First in life. Hence First Personality…

How many people got associated for working together on this project?

We take pride in the quality of our instruction and trainers !!! Our faculty and board of Trainers are mentors rather than teachers. These are people that students look upto as role models and consist only of people with at least 7 years+ work experience, corporate professionals and experienced entrepreneurs, armed forces young retirees and academic professionals. Only experts with impeccable spoken English and voice accent skills are chosen, as we believe in Training by Example. Every course has a faculty evaluation done by the participants and we take this evaluation very , very seriously.

How it will improve people’s lives?

Our Mission: First Personality aims to be the number one Personality Development Training Company in India by creating a vast pool of individuals equipped with the soft skills to face the challenges of a globalized economy. These soft skills will enable individuals to succeed by attaining multi-dimensional personalities and acquire life skills to better their lives and their professional careers.

What philosophy drives you doing this?

Our vision: We help people become confident personalities and leaders in their lives, by imparting the best Personality Development Training. We wish to build brand equity by imparting relevant, fun and real world training, so that the ultimate objective of franchising for a profit for all stakeholders can be realized.

What makes your endeavours unique?

At First Personality, our endeavour is simple. To impart corporate-level personality development training to the masses at prices they can afford. To bring soft skills to people who need it most, but don’t have access to corporate training or expensive trainers. Every First Personality centre will be standardized, have the same curriculum, same high quality of experienced faculty, and affordable, corporate level training facilities for students.

We have identified and tested the basic attributes and qualities of a successful personality. We have taken these and formulated a Personal Development Compass, which is used as a guide by the students in their path to leadership and success.

No boring theory! No wasted time! We believe that the training should affect the participant in such a way that it should not appear artificial or `put on’. That’s why we follow the LIFE model i.e. `Learning- Internalization-Feedback-Evaluation’ model, where the qualities and benefits obtained from the programs become part of the person’s basic nature.

Our Training is different from conventional language courses as it works on the assumption that:

  • All individuals have certain qualities wherein they can be trained to increase their Soft- verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Learning is more successful in an experiential format rather than the `chalk and talk’ –teacherstudent traditional method.
  • In this digital age, people are often working and living alone –in relative isolation. For e.g.. migrating away from their homes in search of better job opportunities elsewhere. When given an interactive training experience-whether Outdoor or In-class , a sense of adventure achievement, trust building & bonding develops. This leads to increased motivation and learning.
  • Our training enables people to have shared experiences that serve as important catalyst in their self-discovery process.
  • We have proven that significant, long-lasting learning can be achieved through an intensive, short-term experience.

How other netizens can help you in this regard ?

As education moves on-line and more and more people looking to the net for easy access, First Personality is also ready for the on-line instruction of their programs. The best part is that these soft skills are required by everyone, all age groups, across the world! That’s where our Indian and overseas franchisee based expansion plans fit in. We are looking to open Personality Development and Soft Skill centres all over and are looking for franchisee and expansion partnerships. We currently have centres in Gurgaon, Kanpur and Baroda (just opened). Meerut has been signed up and is scheduled to open within the next month.

Any future plans? Are you working on some other projects also ?

We have envisioned our future projects as Vision 2015:

Ø To have our courses authorized & certified by a reputed University in India. The process has already been initiated.

Ø To launch several job oriented programs that are more relevant to the industry demands & help promise 100% placements.

Ø To collaborate with agencies like NSDC and contribute in the skills development mission of India.

What is your ultimate message for netizens?

It’s never too late for self improvement. Whatever you do, whatever your age is, don’t feel the time has passed to learn something new, to do something you have not done before. Each day is a new day and those who don’t spend at least 1 hour on self improvement and self help every day will left behind.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Kevin Gleizes

Kevin Gleizes 6I welcome you Kevin at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself, your story.

Traveling the world, learning about the cultures, riding new spots and meeting new riders is Kevin’s passion since his younger age. He has been moving to a lot of different countries, but he has always managed to stay by the water…

After many years competing in windsurfing, he discovered the fun of Kiteboarding while living in Australia. Kevin realized the potential of this new sport right away and got hooked. Since then he has been sharing his passion with others, and along the way, talking to other riders, he quickly realized than certain needs weren’t being met by the industry…

So with lots of dedication and support of his community, He took the initiative to develop his own products with three things in mind: innovative, reliable and affordable gear for everyone… And so Kustom Kite was born !

Looking at the succes of Kustom Kite and always willing to do more, The waterman decided in 2013 to work on Paddleboarding products as well . Living in beautiful Miami Beach, surrounded by water all around, it was very important for him to work on an innovative way to “paddle in town”… The goal was to be able to fit all the gear in a backpack to avoid driving a car or having to store a big board in the living room ! Claudia brought the fitness side of it and helped with the idea to develop a board women could carry, set up and have fun with easily. From there, They created the Kustom Paddle ;-)

Kiteboarding, Kitesurfing, Paddleboarding, Kevin wouldn’t have ever dreamt that one day he would be able to ride, enjoy and share his passions everyday !

How is Kitesurfing compare to other watersports such as surfing and windsurfing – Why is it similar and why is it different?

Kevin Gleizes 1

Kitesurfing is most likely an extension of Surfing or Wind Surfing. It’s very similar in sense of all these sports are about having fun and playing with the elements. Kitesurfing has this “3D” aspect, during and windsurfing are all about carving and speed but it’s pretty much horizontal motion. Kitesurfing is giving the the option to have this “third dimension” and fly !

How would you describe the profile of a typical pro kitesurfer?

All riders are the same at the end. They are all extremely passionate and can travel and wait for days and months the perfect conditions. They are crazy for their passion !

Kitesurfing looks tricky and so difficult… Do you have to be stronger and fit to kite?

Kitesurfing is of course an extreme sport, if you don’t want to get your hair wet, then you better stick at soccer ! However, it is becoming extremely accessible and a lot more secure within the years. pretty much everybody can try as long as they go step by step with professional instruction. The gear are now very safe and user friendly and it is not necessary reserve to strong or fit people since the power from the kite comes directly to your harness and the rider can choose to get power from the kite pulling or pushing the control bar. The latest kites are offering excellent de-power system and are very stable to make kitesurfing an awesome experience for everyone.

What lessonstips would you recommend to beginners?

Every beginner should go thru a complete learning process with professional instructions. It doesn’t matter if you have been windsurfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, sailing or other similar sports ! You will have to go step by step with the essential basics to become a safe kitesurfer for yourself but also for the people around you.

For sure, if you have board sports experience you will certainly learn faster but at any case it will be a substitution to kitesurfing lessons.

Any warnings for anyone looking to dive into theKitesurfing world?

It is insanely addictive ;-)

Which body part should be looked after when exercising this sport?

Kitesurfing is not necessarily pushing your body to hard if you are cruising and simply enjoying gliding on the water… However it may become demanding for your knees for example when starting jumping. People with sensible articulations or previous issues may want to use a brace to prevent bigger injuries.

What are your favorite kitesurfing spots?

Cap Est ! My Home Spot In Martinique ;-)

From your personal experience what are the best Kitesurfing spots for a newbie looking to get enough kitesurf time while enjoy his holidays?

There is several spots extremely beginners friendly pretty much everywhere. The most important is to feel good with your instructor. You want to feel safe, able to ask question, repeat what you did not completely understand. Of course you want to go to a place where the wind will be constant for a faster progression.

The Caribbean has amazing spots, Brazil is very popular as well since it’s very windy. But I also like the Canaries islands …

How do you learn new trix? What are you working on now?

To learn new trix you have to spend a lot of time in the water and try ! that’s the only way to go !!! A good analyze and learning about each techniques is important prior getting in the water, but once you get it? Get out there and go for it until it comes naturally.

What style of riding do you prefer? And which styles do you ride?

I am a big fan a hooked style and big air. All about staying attached to your kite with your harness and use the complete power of your kite to fly as long as possible. I’m definitely looking at learning more from the experts in this kite style at every session !
I think it’s more entertaining for the public and very cool to watch ! You can check some videos of my idol Toby Braeuer. And more info about “Strictly Hooked” on website : www.airstyle.tv. Another great rider “Old School” rider is Tom Hebert from New Caledonnia. Tom has an amazing “New Cal Style”.

Kevin Gleizes 4

What do you love most about kitesurfing?

The freedom ! You can go anywhere or almost, pump a kite and go enjoy amazing spots and natural spaces … It’s just you and the elements !

In your opinion what does the future hold for Kitesurfing?

A lot of great thing ! Many companies in the industry are working on new concepts to ride better and easier with less wind. It’s becoming more popular in the USA as well which is great for the development if the sport.
I believe in a new “Freestyle” attitude, with a lot more hooked style and I hope new competitions and challenges around this discipline.

Likewise you are also an Internet Entrepreneur, so how much time you spend working on your website?

We are actually spending a lot of time now since we just launched a new website : www.Kustomcompanies.com which is now hosting www.kustomkite.com and www.kustompaddle.com !

What is the story behind your domain name and the name of your company?

Kustom : Because we develop the gear you want to ride, specially adapted to your style (custom) and the “K” was the way to make it old school.

What is your business philosophy?

The “Kustom” philosophy is to provide products which will give 100% satisfaction to their users providing them products developed from feedbacks coming from any levels of riders to make it what you want to ride !

Is there any more projects you are currently working on?

Yes ! I am working on a very special design never seen before for an inflatable paddle board ! I can’t say much for now, but it will be released soon !

What is your ultimate message for netizens?

I invite everyone which is looking on having a lot fun in the water to get info about kiteboarding lessons and start a new amazing lifestyle, playing with the natural elements !!!

Shardul Pandey Talks To Gaurav, Shreyas & Atul (Team Techtraverse)

I welcome you all at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself.

We are 3 friends who are running this website, Techtraverse.com. I am answering on behalf of all 3 of us. Our names, as mentioned on the About Us page of website are, Shreyas Kumbhojkar, Atul Baikar and myself. These 2 guys are new to the field of blogging or content management. But I suggest, don’t judge them by their experience, judge them by their work. These guys are brilliant for someone who have recently started blogging.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Gaurav, Shreyas & Atul (Team Techtraverse)

Now answer to your question. I started writing for different websites as a freelancer 4 years back. I was getting to know how things works. Then I started my own team of writers. We used to work on different website projects where I came across TheGeeksClub.com. The owner of website, Nitin Agarwal, was very helpful person who actually introduced me first to WordPress. After working for a year there, I decided to start a website of my own. Fortunately, Shreyas and Atul, being new to writing, were ready to contribute. Later it turned out that they both are actually pretty good with this stuff. Shreyas takes care of social network sharing and other management stuff. Atul is more about writing and managing financial side of website. I focus more on suggesting topics and assigning them to writers. All three of us contribute to website via writing as the time permits.

What is the story behind your domain name and the name of your website?

When you are trying to promote a website, it’s the name that actually tells reader about what is actually website about. And therefore we decided that our first choice will be a name with word “tech” in it. We went through many different combinations but some of them were either not available were not catchy enough. Then the word “explore” came up and to make it sound somewhat different we decided to stick with word “traverse” , which stands for navigate. So we help you explore and navigate through world of technologies.

What is your business philosophy?

We all know that blogging has become one of the sources these days to earn money. We started with the mindset of earning money and having something of our own. But, now we are more focused on providing something different and qualitative content to users that is not available on usual tech blogs. Our posts like “10 Kickstarter projects that were cool but couldn’t survive” or “DuckDuckGo” proves my point. Also, we were one of the first few websites to talk about Smartshoe designed by an Indian techie. We were in it for money but now our focus is qualitative content.

What efforts you do for driving traffic and building your readership?

First two months are always the hardest. You have to index your websites, select a theme, make it readable. As most of the blogs, we are relied on social networking sites and blog directories.

What makes your endeavors unique on Internet?

Our promise to provide content that is not “usual”. If you go through our website, you will find that we are not concentrating on gadget or app reviews but informational content.

Is there any more projects you are currently working?

We are having consistent page view count and which is in good figures. Thus, we know we have a reader base now. We are planning to start a forum where users can interact with each other.

Tell us something about your city and your favorite hangout spots there?

We all are from Kalyan-Dombivli region in Maharashtra. We are located 50 kms from Mumbai. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science from Umass Dartmouth and thus staying in US.

What is your ultimate message for netizens?

My message for netizens is based on one mantra – ‘stay update’. Technology is a field where daily something new is getting invented. Fortunately, we have means of Internet that help us gain information from various sources. We are trying to be one of those source. I am not stating that completely rely on us for updates but make sure you have something that will help you do. Because these days Information is everything. Technology has become integral part of our professional as well as personal lives. Not only technology enthusiasts but even non-tech people benefit from technology. S just ‘stay update’ and you will be fine.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Tarun Preet

120919-154006I welcome you Tarun at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself.

I am Tarun Preet, co-owner of Indian Weight Loss Blog. I am an MBA grad by qualification and a Consultant by profession. I have spent the majority of my life studying and perhaps ignoring my health. In my quest to lose weight, I have tried all possible weight loss measures those exist.

Diet, massages, gym, yoga, aerobics, supplements, hyped weight loss shortcuts – I have done it all ! In this struggle to become fit, I have spent lesser money on some helpful measures and wasted a lot, on useless marketing gimmicks.

When I finished my MBA and was struggling for job, stress took a toll on me and I was diagnosed with Thyroid. My weight shot up every day despite working out in the gym. I was frustrated with my weight and delay in getting a deserving job. Since I had all the free time, I started blogging about weight loss on Indian Weight Loss Blog. The intention is to help people save their hard earned money so that they don’t suffer like I did and at the same time, monetize technology for earning.

Your blog’s name is ‘Indian Weight Loss Blog’? Why you have chosen this name. Likewise Internet is one across all countries, its global and people on Internet are netizens not Indian or American.

So what made you choose this name and what it means? Are you targeting only Indian people or it simply means that the blog is managed by Indian bloggers? or your posts are specially written for Indian people?

There are a few reasons for naming the blog as Indian Weight Loss Blog. Firstly, there is not even one weight loss blog from India. Ironically, you would find a lot of Indian Food Blogs. We enjoy food to the core. But we forget that we are moving ahead towards an overweight/obese population. Secondly, our eating habits are highly influenced by our culture. Since our eating habits are different from the people in other part of the world, our weight issues have to be tackled differently. The weight loss posts are applicable to all the people who are health and fitness conscious. But the recipe posts may suit Asian people only due to our Indian style of cooking. Indian Weight Loss Blog is our first step to spread awareness about weight, across the world.

Whether you blog alone or you got people associated for working together?

We have a team of writers at Indian Weight Loss Blog. These are people who have learnt about weight loss, the hard way. Our writers are dancers, fitness freaks, runners, yoga practitioners, good cooks who believe abs are made in kitchen. Every writer has a weight loss or a fitness story to inspire people.

What philosophy drives you doing this? What is your business philosophy?

We started this blog to make people aware so that they don’t fall prey to dirty marketing gimmicks in nutrition industry.

There is only one business philosophy – Be honest to readers and the rest will follow.

How much time you spend working on your website? What efforts you make for driving traffic and building your readership?

On an average, IWB team spends works for about 6-8 hours daily. We make sure that the content is of high quality. I spend 2-3 hours every day working on creating content and working on social media and digital marketing strategy for IWB.

What makes your endeavours unique on Internet?

Internet is an endless pool of knowledge. Unlike websites that share knowledge, we share real life experiences.

What’s the best way for someone to motivate himself to get fit?

People have role models whom they follow. I feel it’s a temporary way to be motivated. Nothing supersedes self motivation. Let me be blunt. If you need self motivation, stand in front of a full sized mirror, naked !

Do you believe that living your best life means being fit?

I believe living one’s best, means living healthy and happy. Health and Fitness go hand in hand.

What three easy fat burning exercises would you suggest to our readers here?

1. Walk – You need ten thousand steps a day to start losing weight. Forget lifts and elevators, use the staircase

2. HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to burn fat in less than 30 minutes a day.

3. Weights – Lift weights to burn fat. Monotonous and long cardio sessions do no good.

Do you think women have a completely different attitude to eating healthy and calorie counting to men?

Yes, women have a completely different mindset when it comes to food. No women (at least in India) would like to waste food, instead she would prefer to dump it in her tummy. How unfair is that ?

Most of the women believe that eating healthy means eating low calorie, oil free and tasteless food, not true though! Men, on the other hand don’t like to count calories in their food.

What’s been the best advantage to losing weight?

Healthy life and Happiness are the best advantages to losing weight followed by change in people’s attitude. By losing weight, you can spend your post retirement funds on travel and leisure rather than medical bills :)

What goals have you set yourself going forward? Is there any more projects you are currently working?

80% of working Indian women are overweight. In US, one third population is Obese. Similar trend persists all over the world. I wish to reach every woman in the world who is struggling with her weight and health. I am planning a few projects. One of them is a Health Blog so that I can cover entire health arena and not only weight loss. This venture would need a few months to launch.

What would be your words of advice for others who are looking to follow in your footsteps?

Losing weight is tough and Blogging is tougher. Doing both together is the toughest! Consistency and honesty are the only mantras for weight loss and blogging both.

Now tell me something about your city, your favourite hang out spots there? What do you like to do for fun and entertainment?

I am a Delhiite , currently based out of Bangalore. My favourite hangout spots are bluO, Phoenix, UB City. I like to watch movies, meet friends, read books, listen to music as much as possible. You would find me in multiplexes watching movies and shopping in the malls. I am a foodie, so I try different cuisines and explore restaurants, lounges and other eating joints.

Whenever I see an opportunity to take a small break, I look forward to travel and vacation.

How would you like to be remembered?

A maniac, a day dreamer who lived every moment of the journey called Life.

What is your ultimate message for netizens?

Stay healthy, fit and be happy!

Shardul Pandey Talks To Subin, A PHP Programmer & WordPress Developer

Shardul Pandey Talks To Subin, A PHP Programmer & WordPress DeveloperI welcome you Subin at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself.

My name is Subin. I am a programmer, blogger and a web enthusiast. I blog about programming related subjects, code solutions and the latest tech news. PHP is my favourite language and is a big fan of jQuery JavaScript library. WordPress is my favourite CMS and MySQL is my favourite Database. I create projects, play with code and blog about the problems and solutions I faced in creating projects whether it’s a bug or something else.

At what age what actually brought you up to programming and consequently programming WordPress? Why do you enjoy it?

I started programming when I was 11 years old. I only got into WordPress in 2013 and I created and published my first plugin “Blogger 2 WordPress” in 2014. I enjoy programming, because it relaxes my mind. When I code, I enter into a new world. A world where I forget all my problems in life and focus on the task in hand. Coding makes errors and I try and try to find solutions to those errors. When I find the solution, it is stuck on my mind and I’ll never forget it. Programming is a lot like Maths. You won’t like it first, but when you get around it you will find it enjoyable.

Tell us about the plugins and apps you have created so far?

By far, I have created 2 WordPress Plugins – Blogger 2 WordPress & Code Blocks. Blogger 2 WordPress makes it easy to set redirections from old blogger posts to new WP posts (and pages) after you moved your blog to WP. I have created a lot of web apps. Some of them are online and some of them in localhost. My first online app was Subins which I made it online in 2012. It was just a test app of mine. Nothing serious. I didn’t know much about hacking & cracking when I created it. So, it was vulnerable to Cracking. Soon after 1 year, my friend (Facebook) cracked it. I deleted the data on Subins just a day after it was cracked. Now I’m working on my blog (subinsb.com) and an open source social network called Open (open.subinsb.com). I’m also working on a new project which I can’t say about it now.

Suppose if you were reviewing any new plugin then what are the most important things you look for that indicate a well-designed program?

The most important thing is that the plugin shouldn’t contain any errors. A simple semicolon (;) can make a big error in plugins. Syntax Errors is the main error, plugin developers must notice. Also, plugin developers must make sure the plugin work on almost every versions of the language and server. A well designed plugin will work flawlessly at great speed. If you are running the plugin even on low memory CPUs, it should work well. So there are 3 main factors (maybe more) in a well designed executed plugin :

  1. No Errors
  2. Compatibility
  3. Environment

Your website shows a project section with links to Open & Demos? Tell us about them?

Open is an Open Source Social Network. Anyone can edit the source code of the site. There are no ads, no tracking stuff and anything else on Open. It’s clean, simple and have the ability to post to Facebook & Twitter at one place. Demos is the sub site of my blog. This site contains the demos of the tutorials, code or projects seen on the blog.

You have no Advertisements on your blog? Do you have any plans to go pro in blogging and earn money?

When I started blogging, all I could think about was money ! I placed ads at first. But when I went through the blogging, programming and contributing to Open Source Softwares, I understood that Ads are a distraction to the users. Ads make the site slow too. No one likes ads. So Why put it in a info blog ? Information should be passed free of charge. So, I removed the ads and put on the “Donate” button (subinsb.com/donate). If people really like my content, they will donate. Also, the revenue from ads are low. Google Adsense rejected my application when I had 2 $. That made me angry and it’s also a reason why I’m not putting ads anymore.

How much time you spend working on your domain and writing programs? What philosophy drives you doing this?

When I return home from school and after I finish all the home works and stuff, I turn on the computer and start coding. I make up ideas of posts and projects on the free periods of my school and write it down. Then I do it when I reach home. On holidays, I use the computer from morning to noon (about 2 PM) and from evening (6.30 PM) to night (11.30 or more if I got an error). WP plugins help users to do big tasks with just a plugin. Open Source minded programmers always help people. I’m an open source minded person. WP philosophy “Code Is Poetry” and StackOverflow (http://goo.gl/kCKBGs) helped me into doing this.

How about your parents? Is either of them involved in programming fields?

My parents are normal Kerala persons. My dad is the “Assistant Secretary” of Ayiloor Panchayat, Palakkad, Kerala and my mom is an house wife. She worked as a computer teacher before teaching Windows 98 and stuff. I’m sure that the coding & computer stuff came from my mom. My dad always supported in coding and always made me walk through the right path. He scolds me when I say “I hacked someone / website”. Hacking is wrong and he made me understand about it.

What are you working on today? Any new plugin?

I’m now working on a project like WordPress, but not entirely like it. I can’t say more about it now. When I release my new project, I will certainly invite you. I created about 5-6 plugins. 2 of them WP and others jQuery & PHP. It’s hard to maintain all of them. I’m very very busy in maintaining blog, plugins and school stuff. I will improve my existing plugins and when I get a new idea, I will make another plugin.

Tell us something about your city and your favorite hangout spots there?

I’m from Kerala , a state in India. I’m living in Kunnamkulam, a town (muncipality). Nothing big here. I don’t go out much. But my favourite places are the paddy fields and the streets where I could walk or ride a bicycle peacefully.

What is your ultimate message for netizens?

Never stop working hard. If you work hard, you will certainly accomplish your task. Never copy content from others. Always make your own stuff. Don’t hack / harass any person on the Internet. Always be a good netizen and speak up when you find something illegal or bad behaviour. Never fear. There are millions of nice people in this world who can help you. Don’t hesitate to ask for answers on disucssion forums and Q & A sites (stackexchange.com). Stay safe and simple.

Well I’m from London, and have lived here my whole life. It’s my favourite city in the world. My parents are both business people and also very inspirational to me, so I always knew that I wanted to get the most I could out of life.

However, school was not for me, like both my parents, I liked to think creatively and step outside the box. I went to full time theatre school, Sylvia Youngs, at the age of 10. I then went to boarding school, and then back to theatre school, this time The Art’s Educational Schools for two years of sixth form studying Musical theatre, I just love change and constantly seek new and exciting opportunity’s. However after my first year of sixth form I started to wonder what I was doing, I loved the school and the people and the atmosphere and I appreciated the chance to go to such an amazing school and have such wonderful opportunities, but at the end of the day I wanted to break out into the world and start working for my own success.

What is the story behind your domain name? Why you chosen this name?

Usually in college we always use this type of sentence like “what’s going on uncle” or “what’s an idea uncle” to tease our friends. Shardul Pandey Talk To Violetta Solonko

My name is Violetta Solonko, I am 21 years old. I come from Chernovtsy, a beautiful city in the West of Ukraine. I am Ukrainian with Russian origins by the paternal grandfather. I lived in Ukraine until the age of ten. Since 2003 I live in Italy with my mom. As a child I always dreamed. I loved to fantasize about the future and the great thing is that, as soon as I have a free second, I still continue to do so. I have been practicing different types of sports from tennis to swimming, from football to volleyball. But my greatest passions have always been dancing and rhythmic gymnastics. I practiced dancing for thirteen years, since I was 4 to 17. While rhythmic gymnastics has been a real challenge for me. I do not really believe in myself, but when after only two months of training I placed second in a race. From that moment I began to practice at a competitive level for four years. I loved going to train, to prepare the choreography for competitions and for the wise. Every time I could not wait to set foot in the training room where I spent entire afternoons. When we moved in the south of Italy after two years I decided reluctantly to leave trainings because unfortunately there was not a lot of organization.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Lorelei Lanford

Shardul Pandey Talks To Lorelei Lanford

Shardul Pandey: I welcome you Lorelei at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself.

Lorelei Lanford: My love for the cinema came at a very young age. I remember being 5 or 6 years old and watching the movie “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes” with Marilyn Monroe and thinking “I want to do what she is doing” I was lucky to be born In a very artistic family.
I had a fun and exciting childhood. My grandparents were actors/singers at the Royal Theatre of Belgium. My grandmother used to teach me numbers from Operettas. I loved watching my grandfather memorizing his lines for his next play or movie or being at my father rehearsals with his rock band “The Mec-Op Singers”

At the age of 10, I moved from my homeland to the exotic island of Tahiti. I taught myself Tahitian dancing just by watching local dance groups perform then running home to practice in front of the mirror. I later won the title of “Best Dancer of the Year” A first for a European girl!

I came back to my first love, thanks to my dad, Guy Bodart, who had started directing feature films. I learned everything from him. I was taking the sound, working the fog machine to editing the film. In 1991 I got the lead role in the film “The Antichrist” but I am much more at ease behind the camera than in front.

I now produce, write scripts and am involved in the casting for all IFA Pictures productions. And I am the 1st assistant director on our next feature film “All Hallows Eve” which is something I am really excited about!

Shardul Pandey: What do you personally think is one thing which is god gifted in you, one thing you thing in which you are best.

Lorelei Lanford: I am my worst critic but definitely directing. I love reading the script and visualizing the film. In film directing, you have to be creative but also have great managerial skills. That is my forte.

Shardul Pandey: Did you always have plans for production or it just happened? How exactly you got interested in production work?

Lorelei Lanford: No! I thought I was going to be a movie star (Laughing). I never really liked watching myself on-screen and I became much more interested in the making of the film. Producing came naturally to me.

Shardul Pandey: Is film-making an easy job or more strenuous than people realize?

Lorelei Lanford: It is not a glamorous job at all.. People only see the Academy Awards and do not realize how tough of a business it is. And when you do get a job, you better be prepared to work extra long hours..

Shardul Pandey: Do you have any ultimate goal to fulfil as a film-maker?

Lorelei Lanford: Make better films with bigger budgets

Shardul Pandey: So when you are planning to announce your next feature film “All Hallows Eve”?

Lorelei Lanford: We are having our Premiere here in Las Vegas in April. I do not know of the exact date yet but it will be our website and we are going to the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Shardul Pandey: Would you like to tell us something about your next film “All Hallows Eve”, may be a little about the theme, story and characters or what-so-ever you like, anything?

Lorelei Lanford: I do not want to give too much away but it is based on why and how Halloween or All Hallows Eve as it was called, started. I have always been fascinated with history..

Shardul Pandey: What do you find to be the most gratifying aspect of film making?

Lorelei Lanford: To see people enjoy what you created.

Shardul Pandey: Would you like to tell us about other projects in which you are currently working on?

Lorelei Lanford: I am currently working on 2 other projects. One is a vampire film entitled “Inmortuorum” which means “The Undead” in Latin and “Wings of Glory” which is very dear to me. It is based on my Great Uncle Stephane Stolz who at 16 escaped the Germans and enlisted with the RAF to become a fighter pilot during the 2nd war. He had an incredible life and I hope I will do him justice.

Shardul Pandey: Is there any other creative mediums you like working in? Any hidden talents?

Lorelei Lanford: If I have any hidden talents, they are really well hidden!!! (laughing)

Shardul Pandey: Explain the time commitment you put into your movies. What do you do for entertainment? Do you have any peculiar interests?

Lorelei Lanford: Yes I can easily work 12-16 hrs/day during production. During my down time, I like to read, do photography and I am also an animal activist. My pets are all rescues. I am working to have my animal foundation.

Shardul Pandey: So do you get to travel for your work? What’s your favorite city that you have visited?

Lorelei Lanford: Yes, I do get to travel a lot. My favorite city is Paris…. But there are still many countries that I have not visited yet.

Shardul Pandey: Tell me something about your city, your favourite hang out spots there ?

Lorelei Lanford: Las Vegas is definitely a city that never sleeps. I am not into clubs but I do enjoy going to the shows. In the spring and summer, you will find me boating on Lake Mead.

Shardul Pandey: And what’s your dream holiday destination?

Lorelei Lanford: Lay on a beach in Tahiti. I am an island girl :)

Shardul Pandey Talks To Aditya Dey

Shardul Pandey Talks To Aditya Dey HEADER

Shardul Pandey: I welcome you Aditya at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens about yourself.

Aditya Dey: My name is Amit Dey aka Aditya, and like every pal of my age I also have many goals which are needed to be fulfilled in near future. I’ve done my engineering from a reputed Government Engineering College, and now I’m working for a global IT firm. Honestly speaking my passion is not to work in a sophisticated office, rather I wanna explore my hidden talents and wanna provide wings to my opportunities.

Well, you can say entrepreneurship has entered in my veins, and currently I’m working on building a company of my own. Besides I love to write stories, articles. I own many popular blogs, and currently I’m actively working on my Technology News Blog named TechStake. Blogging provides me mental piece from the boring daily office job, and it is also one of my primary sources of earning real money from ONLINE.

Shardul Pandey: How your idea sparked for registering Techstake.org?

Aditya Dey: My name is Amit dey aka Aditya, and I had started my first blog in 2008. At that time ‘Blogging’ was not the thing what it is now. I mainly publish my own articles, poems etc in my blog. I had written many articles on many controversial topics on that blog of mine. My philosophy was very simple and clear, I wanted to showcase my writing skill to the web world. but one day I received a mail from Google, and came to know about Adsense. Then I realized that I could make a good money from my blog.

I was in my college then, so I studied a lot on “How to Earn Money from a Blog”, and then I deleted/stopped writing on that first blog of mine. After that I started many blogs on different niches like Education. Technology, Careers and Jobs, Reviews, Movies etc. In last 5 years I’ve sold many blogs for GOOD MONEY and currently I’m mainly focusing on TechStake.Org . It’s tech news blog, and it covers topics like latest gadgets, product reviews, Android, Social Media, IT-computing and many more.

Shardul Pandey: How much time you spend working on your domain? How do you stay so up-to-date with information that you post on your domain?

Aditya Dey: I have a busy life, that revolves around my friends and families. I’ve a busy OFFICE life too, and it doesn’t allow me to invest/spend that much of hours in blogging. Generally I spend around 2 hours/day in blogging purpose, and I personally think it’s enough to run a blog or two successfully.

That’s an interesting question. Well I blog on a very competitive topic, and it always updates in real-time. I mainly follow the biggies of my blog’s niche like TechCrunch, NDTV Gadgets, Phone Arena, GSM Arena, Times of India etc. I also follow the official websites of various Tech Giants like Google, Nokia, Samsung, Facebook etc. I also follow the social media profile of these companies, blogs and websites.

Shardul Pandey: What domains you visit on a daily basis ?

Aditya Dey: Well, frankly speaking there are many. I usually visit more than hundreds websites a day. I love to surf net from my childhood days. Whenever I get time, I do that. But, if you want me to name my personal favorite websites, then I’ll name Google, Facebook, Wikipedia, YouTube, Times of India, Blogger etc.

Shardul Pandey: What makes your endeavors unique on blogosphere ?

Aditya Dey: That’s a tough question. I think everyone in this blogosphere is unique in their own ways excluding the ones who post crappy duplicate contents. I mainly focus on Quality, and always research a lot before writing articles on any topic. I always try to write detailed articles in order to give all the necessary information to my beloved readers.

Shardul Pandey: What other projects you are currently working on?

Aditya Dey: After 5 odd years I wanna see myself running a successful company of my own and also chilling cum partying with my friends and families. I basically want to include my name in the successful entrepreneurs list of India.
I’m working on my dream project as of now i.e. opening my own startup. I can’t reveal much about that project as of now, but very soon I’ll launch it in India. Currently I’m going through the Company Registration Procedures.

Shardul Pandey: What have you found to be the most challenging part in blogging ?

Aditya Dey: According to me the most challenging part of blogging is to stay updated with the latest algorithm changes. Another one is to balance between helping others for FREE and charging money while offering the same as services.

Shardul Pandey: What efforts you make for driving traffic towards your domain?

Aditya Dey: I don’t make much efforts on promoting my blog or its latest posts. I just do the basics like sharing it on the leading social media platforms like Google+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Digg. I also comment on a few Comment-Luv enabled blogs, and add my latest posts on a few leading blogging communities like Indiblogger, Blog Engage and a few Facebook Groups too. That’s it. Less is good for me in this case.

Shardul Pandey: Please share some of your teaching you have for aspiring bloggers and newbie domain owners?

Aditya Dey: I wanna give a simple advice to the aspiring bloggers that don’t just Blog for money rather blog for passion. Always think about your reader’s first, and try to post only such articles which would provide value to them Think positive and be unique in your own way. Listen to everyone, but make your own strategies. Copy-Paste contents or strategies are very injurious in the career of blogging.

Shardul Pandey: What is your ultimate message for netizens?

Aditya Dey: Always listen to your heart, and don’t afraid to do and explore such things which you do best. Believe in yourself, and trust me SKY is the Limit for your GROWTH.

Shardul Pandey Talks To Morgen Stiegler

SHARDUL PANDEY TALKS

Shardul Pandey: I welcome you Morgen at SANGKRIT.net, please tell our netizens

Morgen Stiegler: I’m a professional Jazz, Pop and Rock singer from Ohio. From a young age, I loved jazz. My grandfather was a swing clarinet player. My first exposure to jazz was to hear him play and to see how much passion and love he had for the music. I never thought that I would be a jazz singer, or even a singer at all. It was not until a few things happened on my journey that I realized this was my calling. The first was a call from Kim Nazarian of the New York Voices. She remembered hearing me sing in college and asked me to open for her at a small show. I felt so honored. I did it, and then I studied with her for a few years. She helped me to grow so much as a singer and a person. In 2011 I released my first album, Reaching for the Moon. My career started to gain speed, and as it did I became very interested in recreating the 1940s and 50s in my performance through fashion. At first, this was just a passion of mine, but this year the British fashion magazine Vintage Life wrote a review of my album and featured me and my performance style in their July issue. I am working on a second jazz album, and have also launched a retro rock band called The Pinup Project which is really taking off.

Morgen StieglerShardul Pandey: What makes your endeavors unique ?

Morgen Stiegler: I am not only a one faceted performer, but perform across many genres with one unique image. I live out 1940s and 50s fashion and aesthetics on stage, but do so as a jazz musician and through my various projects. One such project is my retro rock band, called The Pinup Project. We reinvent rock and roll from all genres from a jazz perspective with a rockabilly image. Another project I have is a free improvisation group that reinvents Kurt Weill songs. This is more of an art music/new music setting. I strive to be genuine in how I present myself and use clothing, hair and aesthetics as a way to express myself and to connect with my audience. I was recently featured in Vintage Life magazine because of this mission.

Shardul Pandey: On what musical projects you are currently working one? What can we expect from you in the next few years ? Any long term goals?

Morgen Stiegler: I am in the studio now creating a “straight ahead” jazz album with Gene and Ray Parker, a father son team who have played with some of the greats in jazz. This album will be intimate, focusing on all jazz standards and featuring Ray Parker on upright bass and Gene Parker on vibraphone. We may also release a Christmas EP next year. I am also planning to get into the studio with my rock group The Pinup Project.

Shardul Pandey: What is your foremost experience as an artist ? Any favorite moment you would like to share?

Morgen Stiegler: There are many moments that stick out in my mind, but most valuable to me are small moments of connection with my audience. Hearing from an audience member that the song I sang was exactly what they needed to hear warms my heart so much. I view a vocalist’s role as being a vessel of the lyrics.. it gives us a supreme purpose to be there. Telling a story allows us not only to transport ourselves but to connect with others that may be walking the same journey.

Shardul Pandey: Any other creative mediums you work in?

Morgen Stiegler: I teach ethnomusicology, which focuses on studying the musics of the world. I have been known to draw, paint, and create visual art, but my preferred form is and always has been music. I truly believe it is a window to the soul.

Morgen Stiegler

Shardul Pandey: How do you best describe what music is to you?

Morgen Stiegler: Music is a means of expression, an outlet for frustration and elation, and a way to connect with other members of this human race. We are all so different, but there are many basic needs and desires that make us very much the same. Some of them are the desires to be loved, understood, and heard. Most importantly I think, is this need to be connected to others. Music is a direct way to achieve this connection… Regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, political views, etc… we have all experienced heart-break. We all know what it’s like to feel down and out, and we all crave happiness and acceptance. Music taps on this raw nerve in us, and brings out the best, the worst, the saddest, and the happiest parts of who we are. It is truly a beautiful thing that helps us to adapt, grow, accept, and move on.

Shardul Pandey: Who were your biggest musical influences ?

Morgen Stiegler: My grandfather was my biggest musical influence. He was a jazz clarinet player. Famous influences include artists from many genres that have in common one thing – to connect to the audience and touch lives. Some of them are Louis Armstrong, Carmen McCrae, Ella Fitzgerald, Holly Cole, Tori Amos, Kimbra, Sting, Eva Cassidy, New York Voices, and many more.

Shardul Pandey: What songs get you moving ?

Morgen Stiegler: Groove is my one guilty pleasure.. I will move to anything with a great sense of groove. I love so many types of music styles that achieve this – rockabilly, rock and roll, hip hop, country, r&b.. it all comes down to the connection factor.

Morgen StieglerShardul Pandey: Any plans for an international tour on your skyline?

Morgen Stiegler: I have lots of plans in my mind… of course an international tour would be great!

Shardul Pandey: What you feel is your strength as a musician and how would you like to be remembered ?

Morgen Stiegler: My strength as a musician (I hope that I achieve) is creating a genuine connection with my audience. I love connecting with new people from all over the world – people I may not meet in any other place, but I have the privilege of being with them at a show or sharing music with them. I hope that I am successful at this goal, and that I am remembered as someone who makes music for the sheer passion and love for making it, and I hope to touch some hearts along the way.

Shardul Pandey: What advice would you give to newbie musicians?

Morgen Stiegler: Have PASSION! This world is not always an easy place to live, but passion can drive you to places you never thought you could go. Passion also makes life so much more positive and enjoyable.

Shardul Pandey: What is your web address, do you own a domain ? Where netizens can find latest news feed about you and your music ?

Morgen Stiegler: I own a domain Morgenstiegler.com and also a new website coming in this month for my new retro rock and roll group, called The Pinup Project. I also have a Facebook page: Facebook.com/MorgenL.Stiegler. The Facebook page for The Pinup Project is launching soon and the address will be: Facebook.com/thepinupproject.

Shardul Pandey: What is your ultimate message for netizens ?

Morgen Stiegler: No matter what you do, what is happening in your life, or where you are on your journey… always remember you are not alone. Find your passions in the small things, and live big dreams by doing this.
