Default WordPress search includes blog posts sorted by date in search results but sometimes you want to include more elements like comments in search results. Bloggers who are running group discussion blogs like P2 really need to include comments in search results because their comments covers useful content of their website. Now you can include almost every element in default WordPress search results and you can do it very easily.
All you need is Search Everything, a free WordPress plugin that increases your WordPress site’s default search functionality. Simply install and activate it, then configure its search options from Dashboard -> Settings -> Search Everything (View Screenshot). Using this plugin you can easily:
