How To Manage Your Products At

You have registered or transferred your domain name, subscribed some hosting option or purchased a website builder at To manage your products, you simply need to log in and visit your account page.

Managing your products:

  1. Log in to your account by clicking the menu in the far, top-right corner and selecting Sign In.
  2. Enter your Username or Customer #, your Password, and click Sign in.
  3. In the My Products tab, find or open the section you need, and then find the item you want to use.
  4. Click Manage next to the item you want to open (or Set up if this is the first time you’ve used the program).

Now for applying any changes to any item in a section, click Manage All at the top of sections where it appears and you would be able to manage the products options or reset it to fresh factory installed version.

Renewing your products or services

  1. You can manually renew your products at any time.
  2. In your account manager, click Account Settings, and then click Renewals & Billing.
  3. Select the product or products you want to renew, and then click Renew Now.
  4. Complete your purchase.

Be sure the credit card or payment method you select is still valid:

  1. Select the product you want to check, then click Update Payment.
  2. Make any changes that are needed, and then click Save.

If you want to make sure your products renew on their expiration dates, you can instead turn on auto-renew:

  1. When logged into your account, click Account Settings, and then click Renewals & Billing.
  2. Select the product or products you want to auto-renew, and then click Auto Renew On.
  3. Click Turn Auto Renew On.

B cautious when you give others access to your accounts. To keep up your security, offer a tool to let you share access to your account with others without exposing your password or any other sensitive information.
