T4B Featured Slider is a simple and easy plugin you can use as an alternative to sticky (featured) WordPress blog posts. To make a blog post as featured, you have to simply enter the post ID and click ‘Add ID’ button. In the same way you can remove the featured post by typing the post ID and clicking Delete ID button.
Other than this the plugin provides you an inbuilt feature to get the ID of a post. You can get ID of any blog post simply by entering the post URL and clicking on Get ID button. Alternatively you can also use Reveal IDs plugin which displays IDs of all your contents in admin list pages like Posts -> All Posts & Pages -> All Pages.
How To Use T4B Featured Slider ?
Install and activate T4B Featured Slider plugin. After activation visit your admin area Dashboard -> TB4 -> Settings page and tick Show Featured Slider.
Now enter the IDs of posts you want to show up in TB4 slider. Also you can grab the post IDs from this page by typing post URLs.
Save your settings then visit Dashboard -> TB4 -> Usage page and copy the PHP code. You can now use the copied PHP code in your theme template files like header.php, page.php, single.php etc where you want to show featured slider.
