WordPress Plugin Repository has another PayPal plugin but this one gives you more advanced options. You can display donation form using a widget or inside posts-page content using shortcode.
Install and activate Donate Extra plugin then visit Dashboard -> Donate Extra -> Settings Page and configure it. You can manage your donations from Dashboard -> Donate Extra -> Donate Extra (sub page)
