You can easily share Google+ posts to all social networks, not only your posts but you can share each and every post you read to any social network you want like you can tweet any post to Twitter or you can share it on your Facebook’s timeline, you can stumble it, digg it or share on LinkedIn, Tumblr, Blogger, via AddThis and many more.
Just install this Google Chrome Extension and it automatically shows different buttons below each and every Google+ Post in the drop down menu of Share this Post button below every Google+ post. You can add or remove these sharing buttons by clicking on the Option link present on the right side after you click dropdown menu. Following images explains it more clearly:
