WordPress has a secret options page for site admins. Admin can access this page only by typing full page address.
This is the page where admins can set all site wide settings. You can access this secret page in your WordPress site by typing yoursiteaddress.Com/wp-admin/options.php Try it yourself. Following screenshot shows a little portion of WordPress options page:
When non admins like authors, contributors, subscribers etc try to access this page they get following error message:
