Easily Regenerate Missing Media Library Thumbnails In WordPress

Sometimes media library only show images and not thumbnails, in this lesson you will learn how to fix this by scanning WordPress media library and regenerating all missing thumbnails.

Media Library Refresher is the new WordPress plugin that allows you to do so very easily on your website. The plugin first scans your media library, then shows you number of media items needed to rebuild with option to regenerate thumbnails.

Start by installing ‘Media Library Refresher’ plugin in WordPress

Upon activation, visit your admin area dashboard Settings -> Media Library Refresher page and click ‘Scan Media Library’ button.

It takes some time, depending on the size of your media library and then provides you option to begin refreshing it.
