Find And Delete Unattached Files In WordPress Media Library

Using native WordPress functionality you can easily find and delete all unattached images and other media files from your media library. 

Start by logging into your WordPress site and then navigate to Media -> Library page. Now use the dropdown box and select ‘Unattached’ option followed by the ‘Filter’ button.

This filters and shows you all unattached media files which you can view, delete or attach to a post.
