Whenever anyone comments on your website, the default WordPress comment forms ask him to fill-up his name, email and website link. This way your website automatically collects emails of your website commenters. You can export all emails of your website subscribers, users and the commenters in an email list using Export emails plugin.
Install and activate it then visit your admin area dashboard Tools-> Export Emails page and you will be seeing separate lists for your website commenters and users.
