Having a multi-year registration tells your website’s visitors that you plan to be a trusted, well-established online presence.
Extended Auto-Renew automatically renews your domain names each year to maintain their original registration lengths and prevent expiration. For example, if you select a registration length of five years for a domain name with Extended Auto-Renew, system automatically process a renewal each year to keep its expiration date five years in the future.
If you set your domain names to auto-renew, the system attempts to renew them and bill you if the renewal is successful. If the billing attempt is unsuccessful, the system sends you three email messages asking you to update you for the incident.
