There are people who do not cooperate unless there is a profit motive involved and there are those would not cooperate even then also. This second type is worse and indeed is less human-being.
They prefer to stand out as useless fellows. This less humankind is always evolved out who enjoy the plight of others. The course of civilizations must penalize them hard enough.
