So does it mean to quit or move to another target audience? No, you simply need to focus on the main problem. In the given case, the real problems are – “COVID-19 IS TAKING THEIR BUSINESS DOWN” & “HOW THEY WILL GET MORE CUSTOMERS?”. You just have to provide them a working solution for these problems.
The solution is, in order to survive such global crises, they must bring their businesses online i.e. register their domain name, blog their business to build another stream of income and serve clients from their home via their homepage.
