Follow the given steps:
Step-1 Login to your YouTube Account then visit YouTube Upload Page and click “Create” button in Photo slideshow section.
Step-2 Now start Uploading Photos. After you complete up uploading photos; you can arrange them in the way you want using drag-drop interface.
You can change the privacy settings, visibility of your slideshow in YouTube search, change duration of slideshow, add background music and set more options like advertisements etc.
