Nutrition Facts Vitamins is a free WordPress plugin that creates a ‘Label’ custom post type which can be assigned to any page or post. Simply install and activate the plugin then visit your admin area dashboard Labels -> Add New page. Add your values and click the publish button.
Visit Labels -> All Labels page, copy the shortcode of the label which you have created and now you can use it inside your posts, pages and other custom post types etc.
