Facebook message which you receive from your friends are displayed in the message section but for accessing messages sent to you by strangers you have to follow these steps:
- Login to your Facebook account.
- No need to visit traditional message menu.
- Click Facebook Home.
- On the left sidebar there is a messages link under news feed
- Click ‘messages’ there.
- Click ‘others’ from the drop down.
- Now it will show you the messages from strangers.
