Mocking anyone’s faith may not be that civilized but killing humankind for the sake of faith is clearly barbaric.
Not harming those, who disrespect you is the code of humanity. Every code contrary to this must get disallowed by the sovereign state because guaranteeing the public security is its essential reason to let it be.
Coercion is compulsive, combat is necessary so the state is going to survive. Believing each-other is much better than believing anything else.
