You can add custom links from Dashboard -> WP Start Bar -> Add New icon page. You can manage all custom links or delete the from Dashboard -> WP Start Bar (Main Page).
The plugin is customizable, you can set its position to top or bottom, Edit name to display when not logged in, You can change all pages (looks like windows all programs feature) text, you can edit start button text, you can change its skin, look and color by using various themes, you can change start button color etc from its settings page (Dashboard -> WP Start Bar -> Settings).
