First of all install and activate WordPress All In One Admin Bar plugin. The plugin is loaded with lots of cool features but in this tutorial we are discussing how to use custom background image on WordPress admin bar.
Upon activation visit your admin area dashboard Settings -> WPALO Adminbar and click ‘Background Images‘ tab.
Now you can either paste the image URLs or upload and set image address in the given fields (as shown in the given screenshot).
