Get Complete Control Over Follow & Nofollow Links In WordPress

But that’s not useful everytime, specially if you are reviewing or writing tutorials on some good websites and services. In this tutorial we will explain you a very easy procedure of getting control over follow/no-follow link relationships.

We will be using Follow Nofollow Control plugin. The mechanism of this plugin is, first it enables you to choose follow or no-follow relationsship and set it default for your website. Secondly, if you choose follow as default then you can add domain exceptions means certain domains which you like no-following OR if you choose no-follow as default relationship then you can add domains to exclude for do following.

In easy words, it provides you 4 different link controlling functions:

  1. You can set all external links to nofollow
  2. You can set all external links to nofollow except some domains which you add as exceptions
  3. You can set all external links to follow
  4. You can set all external links to follow except some domains which you add as exceptions

How To Use Follow Nofollow Control Plugin In WordPress?

Install and activate Follow Nofollow Control plugin. Upon activation visit your admin area Dashboard -> Settings -> Follow No-Follow admin page and select default option for follow or no-follow and then add domain exceptions accordingly. Keep in mind that you only add domain names like wordpress.org and no http:// or https://.
