Google’s New App Will Link Android Watches To Apple iPhones

Google is now trying to pursue iPhone users. The new app by Google is going to link Android watches to Apple iPhones. Likewise, till now Android watches were only programmed to work with Android smartphones. Similarly, Apple Watches are designed to be used exclusively with iPhones.

But now things are about to change, iPhone users who don’t want to spend so much of money on device may find Android watches more appealing.

Google’s this move will certainly affect the iPhone market up to some extent. But Android watches aren’t going to be purchased by Apple fans who want nothing but everything with an Apple logo.

Google expects the prices of new Android watches $100 to $400. Whereas Apple’s sells its watches from $350 to $1,000 and some range more than $10,000.

Future’s  Android watches will work with the iPhone including the Asus ZenWatch 2 and the Huawei Watch too. They will work back from iPhone 5. Compatibility depends on OS updates, operating systems must updated to at least iOS 8.2.

You should also know that LG Electronics already makes iPhone compatible Android Watch, $300 Urbane.
