First thing you should know is that this application works only on ChromeOS. It will not work on regular Google Chrome or Chromium browsers installed on other operating systems. So for Chromebook users, Google+ Photos is an application made by Google for uploading and sharing photos to Google+ easily from Chromebook. The application also works offline and keeps all your photos backed up, automatically organized and ready to share
So how exactly this application works? When you plugin your SD card into your Chromebook, the app will automatically back up your new photos to Google+ (for your eyes only, of course). It allows you to share individual photos, set of photos, or an entire album easily in just a few seconds. All you will be needing to do is select the images you want and then click ‘Share.’ And when you’re offline, you can still view your most recent photos in your Chromebook.
