It provides you the best way of creating multiple campaigns from admin area dashboard and that’s all. Rest is done buy the plugin itself. It will be displaying campaigns randomly on your website. How it start creating campaigns?
First install and activate MFS Campaigns plugin. Upon activation the plugin adds a new admin menu in dashboard for creating andm managing campaigns. Follow the given steps:
Step-1 Creating new campaigns:
Visit your admin area Dashboard -> Campaigns -> Add New Page. Just like you create a new blog post. Type a title, description, you may use HTML o visual editor. Now the most important thing to do while creating a new campaign is to add ‘Campaign Link’ in Campaign Information metabox present on the right side.
All important part is done. Campaign Information metabox allows you to add
- Campaign Link: URL where your visitors will be directed after they click ‘View Campaign’ button
- Link Text: The button text which by default is ‘View Campaign’
- Link Background: You can use a custom background color for the link button
- Notification bar background: You can use background custom color in notification bar that randomly displays campaigns
Step-2 That’s all.
All is done in first step. Now it will automatically start displaying created campaigns randomly at the top of your website. Each campaign will direct user to some external or internal URL defined by you.
Furthermore for editing any campaign visit Dashboard -> Campaigns -> Campaigns (Main Page).
How to temporarily disable campaign bar?
Visit Dashboard -> Campaign -> Settings page and deselect ‘Enable Campaign’.
